Missouri outlaws cyberbullying after MySpace suicide

O'FALLON, Missouri (AP) -- Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt signed a bill Monday outlawing cyberbullying, just miles from where a 13-year-old girl committed suicide nearly two years ago after being harassed on the Internet.
